Dancing Club in Singapore - Zouk

Experiences: We visited the Zouk Club on 22 Feb 2014, Saturday night .
This club is located behind the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel , 17 Jiak Kim Street.
Arrived here by taxi ,on 10 pm, because our Singaporean friend told us that on weekends , Zouk will packed up with people ,and yes, crowds already gathered on the outside of Zouk ,Q ing in 2 lines , for the Zouk on the left and Velvet Underground on the right.You would experience a long line of Q if you arrived on midnight.
Crowds here are between in their 20's and 30's.
Tickets for Zouk were slightly cheaper than Velvet , but if you purchased Velvet tickets ,you can go anywhere within the place , including to Phuture and Zouk.But on the contrary if we buy Zouk ticket , we cannot go inside the Velvet.There's also a Wine bar with indoor and outdoor seating.
We bought our Velvet tickets , as long as i remembered its SGD 30 for men and SGD 25 for ladies. Got stamped on the left wrist.Proceed inside, went the Velvet lounge ,exchange our tickets for some drinks ,observed that the lounge was empty ,so we went to the Phuture.
Phuture was some kind of dancing hall with standing bar, observed that not much seating were available .
Drinks got promo of buy one get one until 12.00 pm , so we tried some,Martinis, Illusions, Long Island.Paid SGD 16 for shots of illusion which should be SGD 32.
Later we proceed to the Zouk lounge where most of the people gathered, and here where all the fun begins.
Nice music in the Zouk , and guest DJ was playing, nice atmosphere.
Dress Code: Observed that visitors dressed up at their best ,stylish women with heels and men with long sleeved shirts, trousers with closed shoes.
Dress code for men : No shorts ,sandals or flip flops, or open heels shoes.
